"NO" IS NOT A WORD, IT IS A SENTENCE
Dear Son,While you are praying for open doors, don’t be ignorant that there are different types of doors. Don’t knock a door that requires you to press a button. Also, don’t struggle with the door that requires the person inside to open for you after exchanging words over the door radio. Don’t be like me a few years back when I had the card to open a door but I was swiping the card on the wrong spot. I wasted time and energy. May you have an understanding of the parable above.Son, the word “NO’ is probably one of the shortest words in the word but it is also one of the hardest to understand. You have heard several times never to take “NO” for an answer. It’s a piece of great advice but may you have deeper insight that “NO” is a sentence that people don’t compete when they say it.There are two types of “NO”. There is “No, you can try again” and there is “No, walk away”. May you have insight into the “NO” you hear per time. It’s a deep parable that only the spiritually diligent will unravel. Finally, son, it is okay to meet roadblocks and dead ends. Reversing and retracing is underrated in your generation. Don’t patch what you can replace. It’s for your good.Son, don’t be a senseless soldier, choose your battles wisely. Stay alive to fight another day.He gives understanding to simple.Oluwaseun David ADEPOJU
