MAKE A FRESH CUP

The first day I tried drinking coffee, I bought five Nescafe Sachets. I had been told that coffee would not make me sleep, and I wanted to use it to help me read more for an exam I had the next day.The person that advised me to take Nescafe did not tell me that one sachet is enough. My overambitious self poured three sachets into my teacup, and I added hot water. The first sip sent an unbelievably sharp and bitter taste down my taste bud. I added one tablespoon of sugar. The taste did not change. I added two tablespoons—the taste didn't change. Five spoons later, I knew I would be in danger if I drank the coffee because, apart from my realization that I had poured too much into such a small cup, five spoons of sugar will make me sick. So I poured the coffee away.I made another cup with one sachet and a little sugar, and it was just perfect in the mouth. Please don't ask me if the coffee helped me to stay awake. All I know is that God giveth sleep to his beloved. As I reminisced on the experience this evening, the following lessons came to me;1. Some situations require starting all over because it will never be like the original formula, no matter the amount of patching you do.2. It is safer to make a fresh start than to get sick patching the wrong path.3. Some patchings will make the bad situation worse. Don’t be afraid to start over.He gives understanding to the simpleOluwaseun David ADEPOJU
