THE ANT PHILOSOPHY

THE ANT PHILOSOPHYI have heard many teachings on the Ant, and I have also read from the scriptures the nature of ants. However, I confirmed some of the philosophies myself yesterday.I took a walk in my small garden yesterday when I stumbled on the trail of ants moving in the same direction. They queued after each other on a straight line. They moved steadily in the same order.I did the following things to test some of the things I have heard about ants;1. I blocked the way in front of them with a flat leaf. The leader of the pack struggled so much till the others scattered. They kept hitting their heads on the leaf, and suddenly, they started climbing the leaf to the other side.2. I yanked them off, and I blocked the way again. They then took a detour, and I watched in amazement how they lined up also as they detoured. I waited for a few minutes, and before I knew jack, I saw them coming in the same direction again, but this time, they walked on the wall. I wished I had my phone with me so I could record these fantastic creatures.The lesson from these ants are listed below;1. Leadership is needed at all levels of engagement in society, and society reflects the leaders leading it.2. Resilience does not always mean "try till you knock yourself out " but "detour and re-strategize".3. Community spirit and collaboration is the foundation for progress and development.4.
