Oluwaseun ADEPOJU's list of 5 Young People to look out for in 2022

Welcome to the 3rd Edition of Oluwaseun ADEPOJU's list of young people to look out for. In the 1st and maiden edition published in 2019, the list featured entrepreneurial, resilient and transformative leaders who defied all odds to serve their communities, solve some of the craziest global challenges and did ethical businesses that consistently add value to humanity. I am more than proud of what the individuals on this list have achieved in the last three years. As for accountability partners, you can all check them out for business, collaboration and other general conversations. In the 2nd edition, published in 2020, outstanding young individuals were also featured on the list. Their areas of impact cut across academia, entrepreneurship, design, technology advocacy, community building, to mention a few. I have watched this set grow in the last year of making this list, and our belief in them as a community has spurred them forward to achieve significant milestones in their chosen field of impact. In my usual tradition every year, I would like to state that this is a man making a list of men and women. I am doing this to lift young people chasing their dreams despite all the challenges around them. I am doing this for you all to be their accountability partners and cheerleaders as they pursue their passion. The most generous support you can give someone is always to tell them, "I believe in you". So, this list is my "I believe in you note" to these five young people, and I hope you will all join me to tell them the same.Disclaimer: The names on this list are not necessarily the best of the best, and you may be better than them in many ways, so take no offence if you feel your name should be here and it's not here. I have compiled this list from a place of a personal relationship with some and observation for others. This list is purely my selection, and I have not received any payment to do this, nor have I spoken to anyone on this list about listing them before publishing. In no particular order, I unveil the Oluwaseun ADEPOJU's list of 5 young people to look out for in 2022 in no specific order.Olatunde Victor AdeoluwaSerial Entrepreneur and Innovator Victor is in a class of his own regarding venture creation and innovative solutions. He is not in a rush; this is evident in all the ventures he has created. The biggest lesson I have learnt from Victor is that he is not in a hurry; he believes that building great brands requires building correctly.Oladapo Oluwadamilola Oluwatobiloba If you are looking for "doers", I will recommend you meet Oluwadamilola. I have followed her for a while now, and I can boldly say that she exemplifies "face your fears" with her different teachings and valuable content. She is not afraid to share her stories, journey and experience with others. She communicates life lessons clearly and understandably with her impeccable writing skills. In a world where social media has made many people who have nothing to offer accidental influencers, Damilola is holding the pillar of value by releasing valuable content that has helped many from far and wide. We can't wait to see what Damilola has to offer her community in 2022.Adefolarin Daniel AdeboyeFolarin is entrepreneurship personified. She is currently an undergraduate student at the University of Ilorin, Nigeria, studying for a library and information science degree. Asides from her course of study, Testimony is a community organizer with a high passion for self-development and career positioning.I once had a long mentorship conversation with Testimony, and I can attest to her abilities to ask questions many people in her generation would not ask. She is ahead of her days. She is the type you would see on the radio today talking about tapping opportunities and on a business development role the next day. I am confident that Testimony has so much to bless the world in 2022.Oluwasijibomi ADESINAIn a world where influencing can either be for good or for bad, Sijibomi is reimagining influencer marketing in such a way that is unique and valuable.
